Kyriad Castres

Super.

The hotel is well located, and I got a warm welcome. My room was clean and quiet, on the parking side.

The rooms were clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful, so my first stay here was mostly satisfying. Breakfast was a bit limited but decent. The problem was how the breakfast rate was handled. I booked online at a price that included breakfast, and understood that a room for two meant breakfast for two as well. At check-in, we were told only one breakfast was included, so our group had to pay extra for the rest. That was disappointing. When comparing Booking.com with the hotel's own site, you choose the deal that looks best, then arrive and pay more than the price shown. To me, that feels like misleading advertising and is really off-putting. The website should make the terms clear, or the hotel should honor the price shown to the customer. I didn't complain at the desk because that's not my style, and the receptionist was very kind, but this policy needs a review. Thanks for considering my feedback.

The room was clean and fairly priced, though it could use a small update.
