L'Enclos de l'Aqueduc

The pool made both the kids and adults happy. We had a pleasant stay, with friendly staff, a peaceful location, and large, functional accommodation with five rooms. The only things I’d change are adding a kettle and offering a barbecue suited to the accommodation. The one we got was far too small for eight people.

We stayed for ten pleasant days at the end of July and beginning of August. The quiet setting, spacious villa for eight, and perfectly adequate pool worked well for our family of two adults and three children. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We’ll definitely come back...

What a shame, because this is a lovely, secure residence in a very quiet spot, and the houses are spacious, well designed, and made with good materials. But in the one house we stayed in, basic maintenance and cleaning were a serious problem. There were lots of burnt-out bulbs, hair left in the shower drain by previous tenants, and the shower was blocked even after the drain was cleared, so unusable. The toilet flush valve was stuck closed and unusable too. Cleaning, which was mandatory and paid for, hadn’t been done. There was dog and cat hair everywhere even though we had no pets. The shutter stops needed tightening, and the patio door stuck so badly it was hard to open. It makes you wonder if any maintenance is being done. If I were the owner, I’d fire whoever is supposedly responsible for maintenance and cleaning. If no one has that job, it’s high time they hired someone before these houses become ruins in five years. A real shame for such a pleasant residence.

Our group of ten had plenty of room in the well-laid-out villa, with three toilets and three bathrooms. The house was lovely and well equipped, and the pool was fantastic. Staff were attentive and very friendly, making the stay pleasant. I highly recommend it! 👍
