Breakfast was excellent, though some of the plastic use seemed avoidable, hopefully it was for Covid prevention. The room, on the other hand, smelled bad, had a spider web, and the toilet was broken. When I complained about the smell, I was told to run water in the shower regularly and that it was because of stormy weather, but it wasn't stormy at all. By morning the bad smell was strong. At dinner, I thought they might offer us our drinks after all that, but they seemed more focused on money than customer service.

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent value for money. The room was amazing, with thoughtful little touches, and the service was impeccable. As a guest, this hotel is easily in my top five.

The main building is charming and authentic, with a lovely indoor restaurant and an inviting terrace outside. I didn't expect the hotel to be this good: the rooms are modern and very nice, there's a pleasant pool, and the owner and staff are so welcoming. They also sell local things, including souvenirs, handmade art, and items made from local marble. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is lovely, with a shaded terrace and delicious food, though be aware that several menu items cost extra. Our room was quiet and the bedding was excellent, and the small pool was a real pleasure in the heat. There were a couple of issues: the air conditioning wouldn't adjust, so even set to 17°C, the room stayed at 28°C, and the refrigerator didn't work. If walking is difficult for you, let them know, since some rooms are on the ground floor while the others are reached by a metal spiral staircase. Everything else was very good, and I recommend it.
