Whenever we're staying in Sète, we make a detour to eat at the Hostellerie Le Vieux Chêne. It's such a quiet hotel and we sleep well there. The owners are kind and helpful, and the owner cooks so well that it's hard to choose a dish. Everything tastes good. Great value for money. You'd have to be extremely picky not to love this place.

The cuisine was excellent, and we got a very friendly welcome. We'll be back.

Portions were generous and the meal was excellent, with high-quality food. The restaurant has a nice setting, and the welcome was friendly. One to recommend.

4/10
Very disappointed. The building feels outdated, with electrical wiring from the 80s and a bathroom and bathtub from that same era. The food was decent, though at most worth two stars. This hotel deserves no more than two chimneys. A disaster.

The welcome was warm, and the French food was good. Unfortunately, the toilets aren't accessible for people with disabilities.
