For the price, this place offers excellent value, with high-quality shared facilities and owners who are attentive while trusting their guests. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional. Its 18th-century residence has a charming traditional feel, paired with contemporary, even avant-garde, décor.

Beautiful hikes are close by, and I'd love to return again and again. The hosts are kind and welcoming, with a genuine warmth that shines through. The magnificent place has huge spaces that bring history to mind, and walls full of photographs that give it a museum-like feel. For me, it's perfect.

The food is really good, and the hosts are so friendly. It's a cozy, pleasant place where you can also do yoga or have a massage, either a traditional Indian hot oil massage or shiatsu. I highly recommend it.

I was completely taken with the manor house and its poetic, old-fashioned decor from the moment I arrived. Between the peaceful, romantic atmosphere, the flower-filled garden beside the clear river where you can swim, the kind hosts, and delicious meals under the trees, it felt like a timeless escape. I came for a weekend of yoga and felt as if I'd been on holiday for a whole week.
