The owner was so kind, and the place was clean and wonderfully quiet. We only came for the weekend, but the view made it hard to leave. If you're hesitating, I’d say go for it. We’ll definitely be back.

There are routes here for pretty much any distance, so you can choose a walk that fits the time you have. The trails run along the ridge, through woods, and across open fields. And from the viewpoint, you can see both valleys, one on each side.

On December 20th, my son and I went for a short mountain bike ride. The trails vary in length and steepness. We were riding above the clouds in lovely sunshine, with frost covering all the trees. 🤩

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the views across the valley were magnificent. We got a very warm welcome, the house was spotless, and the owner's thoughtful little touches meant a lot. Really unbeatable value for money.

If peace and quiet are what you're after, I recommend this place. The hostess was welcoming, and the house up in the hills was spacious, quiet, and very well kept. Breakfast was full too.
