The breakfast had a wide selection of cheeses, jams, bread and fruit, and Nadia was friendly as she showed us the coffee machine and suggested a cheese. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, and our room was quiet, with the toilet and shower in separate rooms. The hotel is near the old town, and there are enough spaces in the covered parking, with a day rate of €16.-.

Nadia made breakfast especially enjoyable. She was warm and attentive, with a genuine smile, and checked that guests had what they needed. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere welcoming, and everyone was very kind. I had a great stay and would happily come back.

The staff made a real difference, from Mrs Yang bei at reception to Mrs Nadia in the hotel restaurant. They were friendly, efficient and ready to help. On my second stay at Novotel Belfort hotel, I again found the room clean, quiet and well maintained. I had a wonderful visit and will choose it again.

The team were attentive and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. The property is clean and well maintained, and the spacious, comfortable meeting rooms suit professional gatherings. The restaurant food is fantastic and the service there is very good. Nadia at breakfast was fantastic too, all smiles. My room was a little cold and the heating wasn't very good, but they gave me a heater, so all was well. Everything else was great.
