There was a very depressing atmosphere, and it really took away from the novelty of travelling. We booked one room for a family of four but got two separate rooms far from each other. The local hotel taxes weren’t included in the booking price, there were no towels, the TV remote didn’t work, the carpets throughout had bleach stains, and the shower didn’t work properly. They made no effort to help with the parking cost either. I’ll avoid staying here again when I’m in the area. Best to avoid.

I stayed for 20 nights with my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and checked out this morning. It was the worst nightmare of my life, basically a garage for 100 euro per night. The lights, heater, elevator and WiFi didn’t work, and the WC was awful. When I raised it with reception, they barely responded and said there were no technicians and nothing they could do. I paid the full 1958 euro online when booking. After seeing the room, I asked for a refund so I could check out, but they refused and said I could leave if I didn’t like it, with no refund. Cheaters. This ruined my life. Pathetic hotel, they don’t deserve to be in this industry.

The room was dirty and dusty everywhere, and the staff weren’t courteous. I asked for a double bed but was given two single beds pushed together, which came apart as soon as I lay down. There were utensils, but no proper bowl or glass. This hotel is one to skip.

We had a large group stay here a couple of weeks ago, and there were broken doorknobs, toilet seats and televisions. The staff didn’t care or try to fix anything. One person had no electricity and was told to sort it out themselves by going to the fuse box. They never cleaned, so we took the vacuum from housekeeping to clean ourselves. I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but the service was terrible. The people working there were useless and rude.
