ibis Cergy Pontoise Le Port

The bed was very comfortable, and they replaced the sheets and towels every morning. The room was alright, though a little small. One receptionist was very rude. At check-in, we rang the bell and she took a few minutes to come, then told us off for not ringing it. Another time, the same woman mocked my girlfriend’s French when she was trying to order a coke, even though she speaks it pretty well.

Simple rooms and a very basic breakfast. It’s very far from central Paris, at least 75 minutes by car.

The guy at the desk was so helpful when I arrived, and even carried all my belongings for me. The staff were helpful throughout my stay, and I was grateful for the free car park. Cergy Port is walkable, with a nice area and some restaurants where we had breakfast. The hotel itself is seriously outdated, and the dirty carpets show it. The AC in my first room was broken. After I mentioned it, they moved me from the top floor to the ground floor, where there was more noise and I couldn’t open the curtain because people walking by could see inside. I wouldn’t stay at that Ibis again, lol. The Princess in me didn’t like it.

I was there for just 9 hrs, but enjoyed it. The room was spacious enough, very clean, and modernly equipped, with good soundproofing and a really comfy bed. Reception staff were friendly and nice. Thank you.
