B&B HOTEL Cergy Port

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. The room, though, fell short of the standard the hotel advertises. The shower and bedding need improvement, and it’s a shame there’s no accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.

The hotel itself is good, but breakfast was a disaster. With around 180 rooms and the hotel fully booked, the restaurant has no more than 30 seats. Plates, coffee, salami, and juice had all run out within ten minutes. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes for more and ask someone to clear a table.

The rooms were clean, modern, and well equipped, and I thought they offered good value. The location is convenient, too. What stood out most was the team: reception staff were welcoming, professional, and quick to help with a smile, and the whole stay felt comfortable. I was impressed by the hospitality at B&B Hotel Cergy and would happily stay again for business or leisure. Thanks to the team.

The rooms were spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The floor pattern is an interesting choice! Reception gave us a warm, friendly, efficient welcome, and Lea went out of her way to accommodate us. Morgon seemed to be everywhere and was always ready to help, while Mohammed cleared the dirty plates from our table with a big smile. There were some lapses in attention, though. The bar suddenly said it was closing at 9:45 even with travelers still needing a drink, and when we arrived for breakfast, every table was covered in used plates and cups. The catering staff seemed short on attention and leadership. Even so, we’d stay again.
