The breakfast had a nice range of tasty options, including scrambled eggs, potato pancakes, cheese, ham, juices, and coffee. The room was clean and modern, with good luggage space, a modern TV, and a window that opens as well as ventilation. Even the shower and toilet setup felt carefully thought through. For the price, the quality and conditions are hard to beat, and I’d recommend this hotel if you want comfort without spending too much. The location may feel a little unusual, though it wasn’t an issue for me since I was on a tourist tour and got a ride there and back. The only small oddity was the bed raised on a wooden step. If you’re not used to that, you could accidentally fall off during the night. It didn’t ruin my stay.

The kids had fun playing ball on the grounds during our stopover on the way south. We had a very pleasant stay. I can’t say if it’s a good base for visiting Alsace, but it’s well placed for getting onto the motorway.

I’d recommend this hotel, though breakfast was only average for a continental breakfast, and there’s no kettle or English breakfast. The location is handy, beside a commercial area with cinemas, restaurants nearby, and plenty of parking.

The room was clean and simple, and seemed fair for the price. The front desk staff were friendly, but breakfast was mediocre, especially considering what it cost. The bed is why I’m giving three stars. It was so hard it felt like sleeping on wood, and I barely slept. We’d booked a King bed, but got two single beds pushed together, with separate sheets and blankets. It seemed like they didn’t have King size bedding. My partner spent the night trying to keep one blanket over both of us. We might as well have had two separate beds, and we were both sore the next morning.

The area was quiet, with ample parking and two restaurants within a five minute walk. Service was kind and breakfast was good. The room was small and clean, but felt quite cold.
