I loved the location and the room, but after the initial welcome I never heard from anyone again. I tried calling and emailing for the WiFi code and to ask about the kayaks that were apparently available, which was one reason I booked. Nobody replied. That was very disappointing, and it would make me worry in an emergency, so I personally wouldn't recommend staying here.

The lady was very nice, though check-in took a while. She said check-in was at 5:00 pm. Staying in a residence without AC was a difficult first-time experience for me. If you like nature and go to bed early without AC, this place may suit you.

The apartments are top notch, with great rooms and amenities. It's close to the lake and walking paths, making it easy to enjoy the area. A good base for nearby ski stations or a visit to Annecy.

The location by the lake is beautiful, and the kitchen and rooms are very well furnished. The owner met us at check-in and was wonderful. But when the hot water stopped the next day, we couldn't reach him. The WiFi also became unusably slow for about eight hours one day, and after check-in he didn't respond to texts or emails.

We had free coffee and kitchen facilities, and were even offered kayaks to use. The location is great, close to Lake Annecy and the Piste Cyclable, which runs around most of the lake.
