The breakfast felt disappointing for the price: no pastries, yogurt or fromage blanc, no cereal, and just day-old bread that hadn't been toasted. Such a shame. The house itself is charming, tucked among the vineyards, and wonderfully peaceful. We were welcomed pleasantly and courteously, and the rooms were spotless and spacious, though a small set of shower products, shampoo and makeup remover pads would have been useful. There was also a sewer smell throughout the hallways. The drainage system may need checking, though perhaps it was only a one-off.
