Les Recollets

The apartment is easy to access with a code for the key safe, and Rue de la Congrégation nearby has free parking, though you can't park on the street right outside. Inside, there's plenty of space, a large bedroom, a comfortable bed and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, washing machine, ironing board, excellent Wi-Fi and lots of TV channels, including Netflix. There are several things that need attention. The front door is hard to close and barely locks from outside. The apartment needs repainting, and its worn doors and windows should be replaced. Water gets through the shower door, and the parquet shower floor is already deteriorating from water damage. The curtains, especially in the bedroom, need replacing too, so the shutters have to stay closed because the curtains don't cover the window.
