We went for one night because we were attending a concert at Barberaz. The hotel was clean, with free secure parking right outside, but the room was small. We'd book it again for a single night, though for a longer stay we'd look elsewhere. The free Wi-Fi let us log in, but the signal was too weak to work. Our key card failed three times, so we had to go back to reception each time.

Lufthansa sent us here from Lyon after our flight was cancelled. Despite our arrival at midnight, the staff were welcoming and kind, and provided dinner and breakfast for our group, including people leaving at 3:30 am. When my family needed another room that wasn't in Lufthansa's records, they arranged one for us. They also put some food we'd taken from dinner in their fridge so it would keep, and told us to collect it the next day at 3:30 am. Fantastic service. I'd stay here again if I visited Chambery.

The staff were very friendly and kind. My room was clean, spacious, and air conditioned. The hotel is a little outside the center, in a quiet spot that's easy to reach, with a generous parking lot.

The room wasn't clean, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the rooms beside and above or below you. Breakfast costs 11€? I could get lunch or dinner for that. There's no value for the money, and even at 50% less it would feel expensive. I won't set foot there again and don't recommend it.

A comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food at the restaurant. It's easy to get to the main routes, so this is an ideal place to stop during a journey. Recommended.
