We really enjoyed staying here and would happily come back. The rooms were very nice, the service was friendly, and the location is central, close to restaurants and convenient for parking. We booked directly with the hotel at the same price as on the booking sites. That’s how it should be. Book direct and support the hotels instead of the booking sites ♥️

We were able to check in early, and the staff were a huge help with recommendations for sights and the shops we asked about. The hotel is in a great spot in the old town, with parking conveniently close by. Breakfast was really tasty, and the woman working in the breakfast area even walked us through the menu.

We spent one night here in December 2025 while Interrailing from London to Italy. The accommodation and service were good quality, and the staff were really friendly. It’s an easy walk from the train station, with cafes and restaurants nearby. We had an early train and didn’t try breakfast, though it looked good. We’ll definitely come back!

The hotel has everything you need and is in a great location. Staff were very helpful, and our room was clean and a good size. The shower had strong pressure and hot water straight away. Breakfast was very good too. I’d recommend it for a stay in Chambéry.

We arrived late and ordered dinner to the room. Every dish was tasty, probably better than what we’ve had in plenty of restaurants. The receptionist was extremely professional and helpful, and shared fascinating details about the building’s medieval history as an ancient convent. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old city. Bravo à toute l'équipe !
