I only stayed one night, but the quiet, roomy apartment and the kitchen make this a good option for families or a longer stay. It’s also handy for Savoie Expo, and E. LeClerc is a minute away on foot, with ready-made dinners and some great French wine you can heat or cook in the room. The place is new, clean, and spacious, and breakfast was good and inexpensive. I liked the staff and senior residents’ pictures on the breakfast room wall. It feels like a lovely home, and it’s nice seeing the seniors. The shutters block out the light perfectly, so close them on the E. LeClerc side: otherwise lights come on around 5 or 6 as they get ready for the day. I had trouble getting streaming to work on the TV, including Netflix; it said there was no internet, though maybe that was my mistake. Better streaming access could be an easy comfort upgrade for international guests. I’d also suggest adding an iron and ironing board to the room, and a few more towels. There’s no reception after 7 or 8, or before 9. Interceptions in Chambery are great and fast, too.

The apartment is quiet and has everything I need, and the staff are so welcoming. This was my second stay here, and everything has been perfect. The location is fantastic, and the price seems quite reasonable for the amenities. One little suggestion: it’d be nice to have an iron or garment steamer in the room. Otherwise, excellent.

Once inside, I found the room incredibly clean and completely quiet, with the comforts of a proper apartment. The bedding was very comfortable, and there was a little sitting area too. The location is fantastic, though at first I was surprised to find it was a senior residence. I really enjoyed my stay!

A quiet building, friendly staff, and a clean, spacious apartment laid out well. Good value for money. I’d recommend it.

It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there’s a brand new Leclerc supermarket right next door. The hotel is clean, recently built, and easy to get to, in a very new neighborhood. I like that the rooms are shared with seniors who live there year-round; that interaction with older residents is charming. The value is more than reasonable, and the kitchen and utensils are adequate compared with other hotels.
