The building is close to the city centre, which is why I gave it three stars. My apartment wasn't heated well and I got sick. I can't say whether the other apartments have the same problem.

Be careful, we felt completely scammed. We were told there would be two rooms, but one was actually a living room with sofas that fold out. The other was the apartment entrance, where beds could be pulled down against the wall and blocked the entrance.

You can get around without a car since there are buses, and the ski slopes, shops, and restaurants are all under a 10-minute walk. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc's right in the center.
