We stayed in the Prestige Suite, which was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. This family-run hotel has a charming, welcoming feel, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The cozy atmosphere made the stay really relaxing, and you can feel the care in the details. A special thank you to Emilia at reception, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable, home-like stay with excellent service.

Love, love, love this place. The rooms have towel heaters and the ski lockers have boot warmers, but the service is what really makes the hotel stand out. Thanks to Claire for sharing all her expertise. It’s a gem, with just the right mix of luxury and rustic charm.

The beds are comfy, the showers are good, and there’s good coffee and tea. It’s such a cute hotel, with everything you might need, and Claire has been incredibly helpful. There’s even an adorable dog wandering around. I’d definitely recommend it.

The garden spa was a lovely place to unwind after hiking, with saunas, a jacuzzi, a cold plunge, a natural pool, and sun beds. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Our room had everything we needed, including a good mattress and a private balcony looking out at Mont Blanc. This little hidden gem is only a few minutes’ walk from downtown Chamonix. The hotel’s high standards made our four days there memorable, and we’ll be back soon.

The outdoor spa really stood out, especially with so many different saunas. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t say how it was. The stay exceeded what we expected.
