Unpretentious hospitality and charm, and for us, simply perfect. If you want a good location and simple but comfortable accommodation, this is it. There’s no lift, so you may want to ask for a ground or lower-floor room.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and there’s a sweet dog who hangs out in the foyer, a lovely little extra. The accommodation is quiet and lovely, right in the heart of Chamonix. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were lovely and super clean, with a comfy bed. I really appreciated having coffee, tea, and water in the room. The hotel has rustic charm and an amazing, breathtaking view. The staff were so nice and welcoming, and their dog was super friendly too. I would’ve loved to stay longer. It was an amazing experience!

The owners are very friendly, and their dog always greeted us. Our room was super clean, the temperature was just right, and the beds were comfortable. There’s no AC, but the radiators are a better type. We had a mountain view, which is a must, especially when it’s snowing. They clean daily, and we didn’t hear noise from nearby rooms. We were there with a child, and I disagree with negative reviews claiming the rooms aren’t suitable for families. It was perfectly fine for us. There’s dedicated parking, though we didn’t use it. As it’s a classic-style family hotel, there’s no elevator. We came by shuttle bus from Geneva. The hotel is close to everything and perfectly walkable, so don’t rely on the route Google Maps recommends.
