After travelling all this way, I was really frustrated to be kept awake by the bars staying open until 2AM. If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. I wish I’d known beforehand.

A great base for hiking and other mountain sports. It’s close to the lifts, restaurants and bars, with views of Mont Blanc.

It’s small, cramped and old, though the little kitchenette and its few cooking utensils helped. Towels and cleaning products cost extra. There was no soap, shower gel or shampoo, not enough toilet paper, and no garbage bags. The central location is a plus, and you can get to the cable car easily.
