At 40 euros a night on Airbnb in the off-season, it was great. For a nicer view, pick the building nearer the mountains.

I've stayed in all sorts of places around the world, but the peace and quiet and that stunning Mont Blanc view from my balcony at Resedence Grand Roc topped them all. The apartment was clean, convenient, and fully equipped. We had our own parking space with the rental car, and the bus stop was only two minutes away. A great base for exploring the area.
There were six adults in our group. The place was small, but it worked well, with two upstairs bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, plus a great sofa bed. The view was wonderful, and we could see the nearby bus stop from the windows. You do have to pay for Wi-Fi.
Flat 308c was really well equipped, with two bedrooms and a private bathroom for each. I liked the washer-dryer and the view toward Mont Blanc, and there's a great boulangerie nearby. The Argentiere pistes are close, and the rest of Chamonix is easy to reach by bus, train, or car.
The only thing to mention is that there was no Wi-Fi.
