Le Petit Château

The rooms were nicely decorated and a good size, and Kris's food was fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Annemieke gave us a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived. This charming place exceeded what I expected. For a peaceful stay in the heart of the Champagne region, with plenty of charm and delicious food, it's a lovely choice.

We chose the package with breakfast and dinner, and I'm so glad we did. Chris is a top-tier chef, and every dish was made with fresh local ingredients and presented beautifully. Nothing disappointed, from breakfast through dinner. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully styled, while the sitting area and elegant dining room felt refined but relaxed. Seeing Chris work in the open kitchen made the stay feel personal, too. The owners, Chris and Annemieke, were warm and welcoming, and always had great suggestions for restaurants, day trips, and hidden gems nearby. A lovely Champagne house is just around the corner, and the hotel serves and sells its champagne, or you can visit it yourself. This was a perfect base for our Champagne region getaway, and I'd recommend it to anyone after an authentic, luxurious stay.

Their local recommendations were one of the best parts of our trip, and their Frenchie Freddy was a very cute extra host. Annemieke and Kris made us feel like family, and they thought of all the little details during our stay. Dinner was marvelous, especially the white fish and veal, two of the best dishes I've ever had. We'll definitely be back. :)

Everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and the rooms and decor at Le Petit Chateau were beautiful. Kris and Annemieke are so relaxed and welcoming. It was our second visit, and it won't be our last!
