The food was so good, especially the boeuf bourguignon, and the waiters were a lot of fun. We’ve stayed here with the family two years in a row now, and both times it’s been an amazing experience. Thank you!

We stopped in for lunch after skiing, and the host-chef was so friendly. The food was unreal: duck and salmon charcuterie, vegetables, butternut squash soup, mulled wine, coffee, and speculoos cheesecake. Can’t recommend it enough.

Even though they were fully booked, the staff found room for us and set up another table. We got a lovely welcome, helpful service, and a great set menu with music. Almost a perfect experience, and well worth a visit if you get the chance.

The Champoleon valley is magnificent and definitely worth seeing. The inn itself is simple, with a warm, welcoming feel that carries through to the food.

We’d stayed at this beautiful place three times, so we would have given it five stars. But since the change of management this winter, someone hasn’t always answered the phone and couldn’t give us the right email address. Because of that, we missed the stay we’d planned for mid-February.
