Breakfast was a bright spot, with a continental buffet and really good coffee. The location is handy too: the Metro/RER is about 200 metres down the street, and both an Aldi and a world class bakery are just a 90 second walk away. Our room, though, was tiny and stained in several places, and the shower needed a proper deep clean. The two single beds felt like a pile of rocks, so the room had more of a hostel feel.

Yassine was especially kind and ready to help whenever I needed anything. The staff were lovely, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was really good. I had a great stay.

The area felt a bit sketchy, and we were far from the center. Traffic was so bad that it took at least three hours of sitting in it before we could get there. At night, some men in the apartments opposite watched us from our room, and our curtains were somewhat see through. The room itself was awful. We found a live cockroach in the bathroom that escaped under the wall before we could kill it. There were blood stains on the curtain, and our beds were dirty and uncomfortable, with body hairs on them. The vending machine had no water, but it did have a condom. The whole stay was unpleasant, and we couldn't even eat anything.

Yassine was really kind and helpful to me and my sister, and they went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The hotel was clean and cozy, and we loved our time there. I'd definitely recommend it.
