Cathy’s yurt would be my pick again if I return to the Loire Valley. It’s spacious and tucked away, with lovely French countryside around it, and the price felt fair. My friends and I found the facilities modern, while the decor kept a traditional feel. The shower was one of the best I’ve had at an AirBnB, and the kitchen was just as well equipped. Cathy left breakfast for the following morning while we were out, with breads, jams, and several sweet bakes she’d made herself. Her generous hospitality made the stay especially memorable.

Our 9-year-old daughter called the experience “absolutely fantastic,” and we’d be glad to come back soon, especially for the hostess’s wild plant discovery walk. We had a lovely evening and night in a comfortable, well-equipped yurt. The four-person yurt is adapted for people with reduced mobility. We were welcomed warmly, everything was very clean, and the included breakfast was generous and homemade.

I loved our night in the yurt, such an unusual experience. The owners made us feel so welcome, and the homemade breakfast was wonderfully generous. Now I’m keen to try the larger yurt.

The owner is so kind, and her breakfasts are divine. The yurts are comfortable, well equipped, and very well insulated. A truly wonderful bed and breakfast.

The Denebe yurt is lovely, pretty, and comfortable, and Catherine gave us a perfect welcome. Having breakfast left out the evening before is a brilliant idea, it lets you take your time in the morning. Special mention for the pain au chocolat, which is bread, not a chocolatine!
