The garden is beautiful, the pool is nice, and there’s a chill-out area with darts to play. The owners were really friendly and shared useful tips about where to go and park in Amboise. Breakfast was delicious. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms, but there was only one fan, so one room was too hot for comfortable sleeping. Aside from that, all good, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The hosts, Marie Hélène and Laurent, were gracious, kind, and welcoming, with plenty of useful information and recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and generous, with a different delicacy as a surprise each day. We spent four incredible nights in this renovated old water mill. Our room was spacious, distinctive, and beautifully designed. Inside the house, the shared area has a library and board games. The large, clean pool is beside a small bar and guest kitchen, with darts and other activities too. Everything was exquisite, and we had a wonderful vacation in their beautiful home. I hope we can return one day.

We spent four nights here with my husband, and the hosts were so thoughtful throughout. They gave us great advice on places to visit, things to do, and where to have dinner. The room was spacious, clean, warm, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was incredibly tasty, and I still miss the homemade jams and yogurts. A charming place with hosts who really care about you. I recommend it to everyone.

We’d recommend this charming place and plan to come back. The triple room is large, bright, beautiful, and clean. The hosts take wonderful care of all the details and gave us fantastic suggestions for restaurants, wineries, and visits.
