B&B HOTEL Laval Changé

I enjoyed my stay and would come back. The hotel is basic, but good value, and the food was adequate apart from the limited cereal options. Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice, even as an extra-cost option. In the bathroom, a glass shower screen would work better than the curtain, since water sprayed out and soaked my bath mat.

The bed was comfortable and there was enough space that we didn’t feel cramped. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing stood out as great either. The room got warm because the AC wasn’t working during our visit, and the toilet door kept swinging open. Banging and jiggling it didn’t help.

We’ve stayed at several B and B Hotels and have always been pleased with the comfort and value. The beds have good linen and decent pillows, and the showers have been hot and strong each time. We’ve also found the hotels very clean, with good lighting and internet. Parking has been free and secure on our stays so far, and we’d recommend them for all of that.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is an easy walk from the Laval Virtual Center. It’s very affordable, with a small but well-equipped room. I did miss having a water cattle. The room was too isolated and felt a bit hot, even in cold weather.
