The staff were polite, and the location near the motorway was handy. There was plenty of parking, the place was clean, and pets were welcome.

The bed was comfortable, and having the restaurant 'le 15' just across the parking lot was a big plus. The room felt a little too warm for us to sleep well, though, and opening the window brought in some highway noise.

We were exhausted and arriving very late with a small child after travelling all the way from Ukraine. We hope you can understand our situation and refund the money. We have filed a complaint with this hotel. We hadn't realized we'd confused the hotels. When we arrived at the Budget Champonay hotel, we told the Hotel Administrator that we had a Booking.com reservation. She didn't say we'd come to the wrong place or that she couldn't find the booking, and carried on with our checkout. We believe the employee was negligent, which led to this situation. Dear Mr.JD DANGUIN, thank you for replying. I hope we can come to an understanding.

There's a really nice restaurant, Charcuterie, across the road, and Leclerc down the road has cheap petrol for the next part of the drive. The Ibis budget is exactly what it is, no more and no less. It's easy to find, check-in is quick, checkout even quicker, and parking is free. Perfect as always. Of course I recommend it.
