Les Spa de Venus

The chic room was spacious, and the bedding was impeccable. That bed was so comfortable, we slept incredibly well, and the spa was fantastic. Our hosts were delightful, and the welcome was excellent. We enjoyed chatting and sharing time with them on the terrace. We'll definitely come back. I really don't understand the negative reviews. Keep it up! 😊

The spa was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable, but at this price the rest of our stay in the Hollywood room was disappointing. We were charged €400 instead of having a security deposit, which made us worry there had been a mistake when we were meant to be relaxing. The next day, when we said we'd wait until the refund reached our account before leaving, the woman's response was dismissive. She showed no empathy or interest in resolving the problem. Breakfast was unappealing, with processed foods and no fresh, quality products. It felt like eating at a motorway service station. The room was spacious and comfortable, but needs renovation inside and out. There was no bath mat, hygiene was lacking, and we saw marks on the walls and curtains and grime around the bathroom light. More attention and investment in upkeep would help this bed and breakfast meet expectations. I believe better customer service and maintenance could make a big difference, and hope this feedback helps. As it is now, I don't recommend the place.

We stayed in the temptation suite and found it very clean, with a spacious shower area and a good-quality mattress. The room's spa was a dream, with two seats, two loungers, a TV, and light effects. The quiet air conditioning was especially appreciated, and we slept very well. Madame gave us a warm, polite welcome with her two dogs, and Monsieur joined her when they showed us the suite, went over the rules, and took our meal orders. The dogs were welcome and safe, and could be off leash and sleep with us. The meals were generous and tasty, homemade where possible, and good quality when not homemade. Good value for money. Thank you for everything, including to your polite and friendly children.

The worst place we've ever stayed. The room, jacuzzi, and bathroom were dirty, and so was the "owner". Hygiene: 0. The "owners" refused to return our €200 deposit, claiming we'd smoked a cigarette by the bedroom window. Reception: 0. They were appalling, rude, and aggressive. We also paid extra for lunch, but they wouldn't refund the cost or even give us the lunch we'd paid for. Customer service: 0. Recommendation: 0. Don't go near these people, run away!
