Pavillon De La Rotonde Et Spa

The room had a good layout and a nice balcony, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. There was no iron, so I called the front desk and they brought one, but the board was stained and the iron leaked. At checkout, no one seemed keen to help with our luggage. The hotel was sold out, yet just one person was handling check-ins and showing guests to their rooms. The front desk woman was helpful and got us to our room as soon as she could, but the manager should have anticipated that one person wouldn’t be enough.

There’s potential here, but the service left us really disappointed. The gym only opens after 10am and closes at 8pm, which makes it hard to fit in a daily workout. The nail spa wasn’t running during the hours we’d been told it would be open. They don’t take American Express, and there’s no valet parking, so you have to leave your car outside the hotel. Laundry requests couldn’t be handled on demand either, and we were told to do it ourselves. The casino next door was being renovated during our stay, which didn’t make for a great setting. I’d encourage management to improve service processes and rethink the spa offerings. Poor value for money.

A terrible experience.

We had a great stay and would be happy to come back.
