Sylvie may be the kindest host I've ever met. She gave me a lovely welcome and helped me get my bearings in the city. The room was so well equipped, and from my window I had a nice view of St Aignan. It's surely one of the warmest, most thoroughly appointed stops on the Veloscenic path. My only regret is that I can't return sooner!

Our hosts were so helpful. They repaired one of our bikes, did some laundry, and prepared a breakfast to take away since we had an early start. We had an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

The old, narrow streets by the river make for a brilliant location, just a few metres from the Trail of Lights. We got a huge welcome and a fabulous breakfast. The only downside is getting your bags out of the car quickly while traffic waits, then making your way to a nearby underground car park.

Breakfast was delicious, and the conversations with Sylvie over it are some of my favorite memories from the trip. She gave us a superb welcome, too. The house is full of charm and perfectly placed for exploring Chartres. We had a really lovely stay, a highlight of our trip.
