The croissants at breakfast practically melted in my mouth. The spread looked like the photos posted, just what you'd expect in France, and the bathroom was modern with all the facilities you'd want. Our room was a bit smaller than the others shown, but it was still very comfortable. One extra tip: Charters Cathedral has a luminary show. It's magically beautiful and very artistic, bringing in parts of the Cathedral's venerable history. Visitors should stay overnight to enjoy it.

The room was bright and welcoming, uniquely decorated with antique furniture, and surrounded by greenery. The hotel is quiet, charming, and very reasonably priced, with an ideal location for exploring Chartres and its impressive cathedral. Although there was a language barrier, our hostess was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Breakfast outside in the morning, with birdsong, made this feel truly idyllic. The host was lovely, and our charming room was very well equipped. It's an ideal spot, a peaceful green haven only a 10-minute walk from the town centre. We highly recommend it.

The welcome was so warm, and breakfast was generous with plenty of choice. The private room worked perfectly for a weekend in Chartres, and parking was a real bonus. It’s easy to get to, but still wonderfully quiet.
