The breakfast was a disaster, and a Bed&Breakfast would have done a much better job. The building and rooms are dated and poorly maintained; the carpet was extremely dirty, and the toilet brush was disgustingly old, as if it hadn't been replaced in years.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable too. Haniffa, the Asian receptionist, was friendly and helpful. I'd never seen reception staff also handle the bar and restaurant. Recommend.

We found the hotel a great place to break up a journey to our final destination. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast really good. Service was great, and the staff were super friendly. Would recommend it 100%.

Everyone we met was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We stayed just one night and had everything we needed, including parking and food. The location worked perfectly for us. Our clean room had a table and a little chill zone, and our little one received a small welcome gift. Great value for the price.

The morning staff were much more professional, but the evening team made for a poor experience. No bartender was around, so I had to look for someone to get a drink. The WiFi was unstable because of network issues. My assigned room reeked of cigarettes the moment I opened the door, and I don't understand how housekeeping didn't report it.
