This was the worst hotel stay I've had. The room stank, had insects, and looked like a hospital room. One night cost €123. I left a note when booking that I needed a business invoice, but it was still wrong and I had to ask several times to get it corrected. Clara (staff) was really, really friendly, though, and apologized for the room by offering snacks and a drink for free.

Breakfast was okay, but I can't recommend the place. It was expensive, noisy, and the accommodation was very tired and dated, with a tiny room and thin mattress. Not what I expect from Kyriad.

The employees were exceptionally kind. As for the rooms, they looked old but were still okay, and each had a TV. Prices were much higher than I expected: 180 euros for a single room and a room for two, plus 95 euros for dinner for three.

The rooms are okay, but the service isn't. One day, staff took the shorts I'd left on the bed. For three days I went to reception asking if anyone had found them, but never got a positive answer. I was left without my shorts 😡 I don't recommend it.

We booked a table in the 'restaurant' and then waited 45 minutes just to be seated. The food was edible, and the staff were very friendly and deserve credit. The place itself is terrible, dirty, and barely basic. It's very old and badly needs a huge fresh-up. There were blood stains on the pillows!
