A good place to stop with the kids. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the free games room kept everyone busy with bowling, arcade games, pool, babyfoot and flipper. There’s also an outdoor swimming pool for summer.

Ashley in service, Gwen behind the bar, Karim serving, and Laetitia the manager all helped make my stay comfortable and happy. The staff were attentive, friendly, and just very nice throughout.

The family suite was perfect for us, and breakfast was lovely. Abdel looked after us especially well and even gave us a free late checkout. The staff were friendly, and we had a marvellous stay at a brilliant hotel. Definitely coming back.

I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2013, back when it was called expohotel. This time, the bank POS machine didn’t take the payment. I suggested trying again the next morning, but they wouldn’t accept that. They then called their representative, whose name was written as Lea. She was very rough with me and told me to go outside. I’ve never had that kind of treatment at a hotel. I had booked nearly two weeks at the end of this month, but cancelled because of this. I don’t want to use this hotel again, and I’ll share what happened on social media and booking websites.

The location is far and bad, and you can constantly hear factory noise from the industrial zone. The pool was disappointing, the buffet poor, and the games only half working. We went on a Saturday and found the service and staff inadequate. It felt like the happy culture thing had led to lots of budget cuts. I honestly don't see how this is a 4-star hotel. I felt scammed, paying for things that weren't worth the price. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or any happy culture scam hotels.
