We had one large room with three beds for the night, which worked well for us and our three kids. The pool was a lovely extra, and breakfast had fresh tea, coffee, juice, fruit and more. It’s a friendly, peaceful place, with lots of care in the details. The city centre is a three-minute walk away, so it made a perfect stop on our way home from vacation.

The pool area was such a nice spot to unwind, and breakfast was delicious. The house itself is beautiful too. We had an amazing stay here while visiting Champagne, and I’d highly recommend it.

It’s in a handy spot between Paris and Reims, and the village is bigger than the ones around it, with enough to see and do that you could easily spend half a day looking around. We were warmly welcomed, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was superb.

We especially enjoyed chatting with Marie over the plentiful breakfast, and her advice during our stay was excellent, from the medieval castle and Hôtel-Dieu Museum to the American Monument and a vineyard tour in a 4x4. The garden was magnificent, though we wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Our hostess welcomed my wife and me warmly. The "Crow and Fox" room was spacious and spotless, with a mini-fridge and microwave, and the bed was very comfortable.

The kitchenette, TV and private bathroom were all in our spacious room, which was tastefully decorated. We were treated with great respect while staying with friends, and the welcome and stay were impeccable during our visit to the Champagne cellars. I’ve rarely slept so well. The pool is a welcome luxury in a heatwave, and the price felt very affordable for the quality of service. Highly recommend it.
