The owner was easy to reach and quick to answer questions. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and breakfast was thoughtfully left for us. Shops and restaurants are close by, and there’s free parking on the street. I’d happily recommend staying here.

If you get in late, there are meals and drinks waiting in the fridge. The place is right in the center of Châteaubriant, and you can tell they care about keeping it clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

We were on bikes and could lock them up safely overnight, which was handy. The apartment itself is superb and right in the center.

The residence was peaceful, and the owners welcomed us warmly, with nice touches like brioche and coffee. Our apartment was spotless, well kept, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too, and bath towels were supplied. We had a very pleasant stay and I’d recommend it.

We’ve stayed here twice as a family and felt at ease both times. The apartment is warm and has all the essentials, right in the center of Châteaubriant. Noël was always friendly and easy to communicate with.
