Right in the middle of town, and we loved our stay. The receptionist was the friendliest we've met in France: helped with our luggage, let us have a beer on the terrace, and served us a lovely white wine. Our room was well appointed, with a great bed and a lovely shower. We'll definitely be back.

I follow a fully vegetarian diet and had brought my own breakfast. I asked the staff to cook it for me, and they did. They were so courteous. The room concept was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities and a lovely view. A wonderful experience at one of the town's finest French hotels.

The junior suite was a really nice room, but it felt more like a large room than a suite since the seating area wasn't separate from the living space. Service was pretty bad. The short lady staff member at the hotel was completely inept and didn't know what she was doing. They didn't have toothbrushes or toothpaste either, which seems wild for a hotel costing EUR 350 a night.

The spa and steam room were beautiful and well worth a visit. Our stay at La Mere Germaine was wonderful: the staff were lovely and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, luxurious, and clean. You could see the care in the building and decor, everything was very high quality. Hope to be back!

The rooms are airy, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you need. The service was impeccable: when we arrived by car, staff met us at the parking and showed us to our room. Everyone we met, including the wine shop and brasserie teams, was friendly and focused on helping guests. The hotel has two locations in the middle of town. A five-star stay that met even our highest expectations. We'll definitely return.
