Such a lovely setting, and the hostess made us feel very welcome.

Breakfast was generous, and being able to use the kitchen was a real plus. The place is ideally located for enjoying the Sioule River. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The owner was always smiling, very welcoming, and attentive to what her guests needed. It deserves its 5 stars. Thanks, Carole, for being so hospitable and for the useful tips on places to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location by the river is picturesque and peaceful, with lots of nature around. Carole gave us useful ideas for excursions. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished, with all the little details taken care of. There’s a shared lounge with a kitchen guests can use, and when the weather’s good, breakfast outside with Carole’s homemade cakes and other items is a treat.

We stayed for two nights in early August and would happily have stayed longer. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a superb bed. The guesthouse has been renovated with real taste and is comfortable, and there’s a shared kitchen available for the three rooms if you need it. A few excellent restaurants are nearby. Set on the banks of the Sioule River, it’s peaceful and pleasantly cool. Carole and Franck welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, in a simple, unpretentious way.
