After long days out hiking, the pool was such a treat. We also really appreciated how helpful our hostess was and all her advice. The cottage is roomy, quiet, surrounded by greenery, and very well equipped and cared for. A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting.
We’re already looking forward to coming back. Marie Emmanuelle gave us such a warm welcome, and the pool was great. Everything in the clean, well-equipped gîte felt thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Set in the countryside, the property is spacious, peaceful, and really relaxing.
The swimming pool is roomy and inviting, a hit with adults and kids alike. Inside, the cottage is laid out well and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Marie-Emanuelle is very professional, and her advice is always useful. Outside, there’s birdsong and animals all around, adding to the charm of this quiet retreat. It’s far from noise and light pollution. We had a lovely family break here, and it’s a place we’ll remember.
We got a warm welcome, and the beds and mattresses were especially good. The cottage is lovely and peaceful, with a swimming pool, and less than ten minutes from Beauval Zoo. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
The small private terrace and barbecue were lovely, and we never felt overlooked by the other cottages. Our 15-month-old daughter was delighted by the big garden, play area, animals, and pool. The cottage was spotless, with comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals. A travel cot and high chair were ready for her, and everything felt carefully thought through. Marie-Emmanuelle was so kind and welcoming, and very helpful throughout. The place is a peaceful haven, just seven minutes from Beauval Zoo. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay.
