The owner is delightful and has cheerfully adjusted to my changing circumstances every time. I've stayed here many, many times, and even take detours so I can visit this lovely B&B. The welcome is warm, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast is super.

Chatel Guyon itself was a lovely discovery, a magnificent little spa town. It's a very pleasant place to stay, with a warm welcome, clean and roomy rooms, and a very good breakfast, all for a reasonable price. Don't hesitate to come here for a break near Clermont-Ferrand.

We stopped here for a short family stay with our cat while travelling to our holiday destination. The guesthouse welcomed us warmly, and the double room was just right. The bathroom felt a bit rustic, but that fits the place's charm. Breakfast was excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed the nights of September 17th and 28th. Madame Degnan is charming, and both the room and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat, with raisin bread, chocolate croissants, toast and untoasted bread, fruit, yogurt, flan, cheese, butter and jam. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this B&B, and if we're back in the area, we'll definitely stop at her place.
