The little lift couldn't fit my wife's electric wheelchair, which was the main drawback. The staff kindly offered a manual one instead. Otherwise, they were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the lake a few minutes away made for a nice dog walk. I'd stay again.

The receptionist did her best in a tough situation and eventually found us a room with working air conditioning after we tried two others. Both rooms we were shown on the fourth floor had broken AC, and it was 30°C that day. With so many mosquitoes around, opening the windows wasn't really an option. The staff seemed overworked, and the hotel felt overpriced for its condition and location.

Breakfast was good, especially the homemade Madeleines, which I'd highly recommend. We also liked the free parking and the many restaurants nearby, with a shopping center just 20 meters from the hotel. Our room was simple but clean, with a very comfortable bed, a fairly large Italian-style shower, a desk, dressing area and flat-screen TV. There were two pillows on the bed and two more in the closet, handy if you like extras.

I was here for one work night, and the early check-in, late checkout and breakfast from 4am worked well for a quick stop. The rooms were comfortable, though close together. Unfortunately, the third floor and the lift smelled strongly of sewage. When I opened a window to air out the shared area, staff kept closing it, and the smell ended up in my room too.

The staff were great and the mattress was comfortable, but the room was very cold with no heating. The pillows were lumpy and the towels thin.
