The receptionist’s attitude at checkout, five days later, was unbelievably disrespectful. On arrival around midday, I’d already waited 30-40 minutes for the receptionist to show up. Luckily, a cleaning lady who happened to be there opened the main lobby door for me. Worst experience ever.

The chef was great and the food was really good, although the restaurant only opens for a few hours each evening. The bar was a letdown, with no draft beer and very limited drink choices. This is a good budget option if you’re okay staying outside Paris. A tram stop right next to the hotel connects to the main train route, and getting to central Paris takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Tram travel was cheap and easy with the recommended app. Rooms are very small, but fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in them. There’s a supermarket nearby, though not much else locally, so we had to ride a few tram stops for a decent restaurant.

I arrived in Paris on a spontaneous weeklong trip and picked this hotel because it was nearby. I didn’t have a reservation, but they found room for me even though they had a lot of guests. The service was excellent, and my room was spotless, recently renovated, and really cozy. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

It’s easy to get onto the public metro system, with the tram stop only about 50 meters from the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went beyond what we expected. The building and accommodations seem brand new, and everything was clean and in great shape. The room felt very cozy, and breakfast was excellent, especially the croissants. Merci beaucoup!
