The rooms are the main attraction: they’re large and good quality. I only called it a posh F1 hotel because there are almost no staff around, so don’t take that the wrong way. Breakfast was very good otherwise, but there was no gluten-free bread even though I’d requested it in advance. Thanks!

The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff provide good service. Some don’t speak English very well, but they’re genuinely helpful. The main difficulty is checking in for the first time on a holiday or Sunday, when nobody is at the counter. The nearby supermarket is also closed on Sundays and holidays. The train station is about a 5-10 minute drive away. Otherwise, all was good.

The rooms are modern, very large, and clean, with views of the orchard. The breakfast area is smaller.

We’ve never had hotel encounters like this before. Meeting Lola, the manager, was incredible. She’s a vibrant, caring young woman with remarkable professionalism and a wonderful ear for people. I can’t find words for how special she is. The hotel has a fantastic location and a spa, and the kind, smiling staff reflect the care she brings to her team. We shared some truly special moments and even put off leaving so we could spend a little longer with her. I’m grateful for all her thoughtful touches, kindness, and availability. We’ll definitely cross paths again. See you soon in Annecy.
