Le Relais de Chavagné

The grounds made it easy for everyone to unwind or have fun, kids and adults alike. Inside, the cottage was clean, cozy, practical, and well equipped with everything we needed. Relais de Chavagné is also a great base for exploring the region. Frédéric was so kind and gave us a really warm welcome. We had a wonderful family holiday.

The kids were in tears when it was time to leave, so we’ll definitely come back! We had a lovely family stay at Fred's. The cottage was clean and welcoming, and we had everything we needed. Fred's advice and kindness meant a lot. The indoor pool was a real bonus, and the animals were a hit with everyone, young and old. We also got to see the region in sunny weather, including Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, and La Rochelle. Thanks for everything!

We had such a good week here that we wished we’d booked longer. We’d already arranged to stay somewhere else for the rest of our holiday, though. It was our pleasure to be the third Booking.com guests! The owner made us feel welcome and gave us our space. We relaxed, had fun with our two kids, and found some surprises in the garden. Drinks by the barbecue and a game of ping pong were a lovely way to spend the time. The pool was warm and super clean, too. There are more things to discover, so I’ll leave those for you to find. The description is accurate and complete, so you can book with confidence. The location was excellent, close to Nior and the marshes. There’s also a fantastic Chinese restaurant at the first highway exit. One small thing the listing doesn’t mention: there’s ground filter coffee for four cups, but you may want to bring your own if you prefer a particular kind. There are modern TVs with USB ports for watching your own movies. And there are some great discount coupons on the lounge table. We’ve already told our friends about this place. If there’s still room, don’t miss your chance! It’s also a great spot for geocaching, with forest walks to the dam and a T5 in the marshes. Have a great holiday!
