The food selection was pretty limited, but I found the hotel pleasant and practical for a business trip. My room was clean and comfortable. Getting around was easy too, with the tram and metro line 14 just a short walk away.

The beds are great, and the rooms are usually clean. Still, after only a couple of years, a lot of the items in the room already feel flimsy. Don't count on a quick checkout, especially early in the morning. Avoid the restaurant by all means. It was great in the first year, but lately the quality has dropped below Campanile standards. We couldn't even finish our meals, and felt embarrassed to have invited clients there.

I had a good stay. The lobby and eating area are great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The area isn't very busy, though, so you have to walk a bit to reach the nearest mall, Belle Épine.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and convenient. Line 14 is about a 12-minute walk away, but this is a quiet office area, not a typical Parisian neighbourhood. :) They didn't have a luggage rack to lend me or tissues in the room. Those aren't huge problems, but they're basic hotel things, so it seemed odd. The night staff were friendly and tried to help, though they seemed unprepared for questions like asking for towels. They could use a bit more training.
