We were there as a family for a funeral at the nearby cemetery, and the staff helped make a difficult time easier. The receptionist, a young woman, was kind and accommodating, and made sure everyone in our family felt welcome. She helped us efficiently throughout the stay. There were a lot of us, so we spent plenty of time in the lobby talking, sharing food, and remembering things together. The staff handled that well. A security staff member was friendly too, and explained to other guests that we were there for a special occasion, which helped everyone feel comfortable. We appreciated how understanding, professional, and friendly the team was. Their service meant a lot during an important family moment.

The room was alright for the one night we stayed, but the mosquitoes were a real concern. There was a notice about them, so I expected maybe three. We caught at least 25 before bed, and woke up with fresh bites. I had already seen them in the room when I checked in. EDIT: The hotel's reply is unbelievable. They say professionals checked my room, but I wasn't the person who booked it, so they couldn't have known which room I had. Now I'm wondering if that response was just meant to reassure future customers.

I thought the person cooking or serving breakfast actually wanted my opinion when she asked whether I liked the food. I said I didn't like the sausages, and she answered that everyone else liked them. Why ask if you're going to snap at me for being honest? I wasn't trying to upset her, and I'm sorry if I offended the staff. I just thought she cared how breakfast was. Please don't make me feel worse for saying I didn't like the sausages.

The price is good for Paris, and parking on site is free. Breakfast costs extra, though the food selection is limited. The hotel is near a metro line, about a 10-minute walk away. Online check-in and the keypad codes for the entrance and room are handy, so there are no cards or keys to deal with. Location and price are its main strengths.

I keep booking B&B hotels when I travel because they don't disappoint. This stay was another good one. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the woman at reception was always around and ready to help, day or night.
