We arrived at Orly too late to continue to our final destination, so we booked the hotel for the night. The room was tiny, but the bed was very comfortable. Then we found an extra €50 charge on our card with no explanation. I couldn't reach the hotel by phone, so I eventually contacted Accor customer service to investigate. The Ibis told them it was a cleaning fee because we'd been smoking in the room. Neither of us smokes. It took nearly a month to get the money back, and I'm grateful to Accor for stepping in. Honestly, this felt like a scam, and I'd warn people to be very wary of this Ibis.

The rooms are so cramped that there's barely room to move or put your luggage. I'm skinny, and even I had trouble getting into the shower, where I hurt myself. I wonder how larger customers manage. Ibis should look into this. We're people, not rabbits.

It's a very basic place for people on a tight budget who just need somewhere to sleep. The rooms are small, and the shower is tiny. There was no iron or hairdryer in my room; when I asked for a hairdryer, I was told another guest had it, so I had to wait for them to bring it back. Check-in was OK, and the hotel is beside the tram stop and very close to Orly Aorport. The reception staff barely spoke English.

Getting into the city is easy: walk to the tram, then change to the metro, and you're in the centre in under 40 minutes. The tram stop, Cherioux, is about a three-minute walk away. The airport is super close too. Uber is available 24 hours, and the ride takes 10 minutes and costs 10 euros. There's a Carrefour, BKing, and a KFC nearby. The staff are kind. Breakfast is basic, but it was just what we needed. The coffee and croissants are good.

A good choice if you need to stay near Orly. Tram 7 is literally a three-minute walk away. Diangou was very helpful with my questions.
