The room was clean enough, and checkout went smoothly, which is why I gave it two stars. I'm still angry about how check-in was handled. The queue took over 30 minutes, and some of that delay could easily have been avoided. I understand the hotel was busy, but nobody thanked us for waiting or apologized. The staff seemed to deny that they'd mishandled the line and showed no appreciation for my patience. The words I'd use for the service would probably get this review removed.

If a cheap place to sleep with good transport links is what you need, this works, but don't expect much comfort. The hotel is well located for getting around Paris, and the rooms have the essentials. Mine was clearly worn, smelled of smoke from other guests, and even had a burnt floor. The heating was broken too, so the room felt chilly.

They took a deposit and said it would be returned after checkout, but it never came back, even after I complained. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Scammers!!!

It's now been 10 days since I posted this, and none of my emails have been answered. We stayed for one night, September 17th to 18th, after booking through Hotels.com as Yusuf Kagan Inac. At arrival we paid a €100 deposit. The card was in Ayca Ceren Kargu's name, and the receptionist said the money would be back the next day. It wasn't. We were scammed. Never go to this hotel.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the location is handy if you're going to the airport. For anything else, it's not a great spot. The bed was alright, but the walls and floors were disgusting and needed a proper deep clean.
